In the world of medicine,
there are specialists in most every field - hearing specialists,
orthopedic specialists, the list goes on and on. The reason is
simple. When confronted with something as important as medical
care, people like to consult with the top experts in the field.
Buying or selling a home
is one of the most significant financial transactions of your
life. With average home prices now in the hundreds of thousands
of dollars, such a transaction is ideally suited for an expert.
In the world of residential real estate, those experts are called
Certified Residential Specialists (CRS).
The CRS designation was created
by the Residential Sales Council of the National Association of
Realtors® to provide home buyers and sellers with an easy way to
identify the top Realtors® in America. There are currently about
30,000 Certified Residential Specialists in the United States,
the top four percent of all Realtors® in the country. The requirements
for earning the CRS designation are very demanding, yet those
requirements ensure that a CRS brings a variety of qualities to
the table in a residential real estate transaction, including:
- Required advanced study
in listing, selling and financing.
- The most current, up to
date information available on issues that affect home buyers
and sellers.
- A history of demonstrated
sales performance.
- A commitment to providing
the finest service available to people involved in the home
buying or selling process.
- When you have a need for
a Real Estate Agent, always use a CRS!
