Architect Don A Halperin was a distinguished professor and Director Emeritus of the School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. Professor Halperin designed this home which was built in 1962. The students in the School of Building Construction took on a project to add a 540 SF Screened porch to the back of the home. The original owner resided in this home until 2014, and it was sold to the current owners in 2015.
