The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, full-sized kitchen, fenced-in back yard, front yard and two designated parking spots. Things to note: -The washer and dryer is in the garage. Your designated hours to use the washer and dryer are from 3pm-8pm everyday of the week. The washer and dryer are shared only with my housekeeper who uses it in the AM hours. You may only use the garage to use the washer and dryer, no storage, unless approved by the host. -Please note that the AC thermostat is on a set schedule controlled by host. The bedrooms and living rooms all have ceiling fans, please adjust to your liking. -Only 2 guests maximum, unless otherwise approved by host. If there is smoke residue or if it is clear that smoking occurred, an extra cleaning fee will be sent.
